The Role of Local Governing Board

Each of our Academies have a Local Governing Boards which serve as a key link between the Academy, parents/carers, and the local community.  They monitor the performance of the Academy, advising the Trustees of any concerns.  As Local Governing Boards members bring understanding of and local knowledge to support the Academy to meet the needs of the community.  Local Governing Boards are made up of staff, parents/carers, and co-opted community representatives.

Our Local Governing Boards provide local, valuable, and focussed governance for all our Academies.
