Our Local Advisory Committees (LACs)

The Role of Local Advisory Committees

Each of our Academies have a Local Advisory Committee which serve as a key link between the Academy, parents/carers, and the local community.  They monitor the performance of the Academy, advising the Trustees of any concerns.  As Local Advisory Committee members bring understanding of and local knowledge to support the Academy to meet the needs of the community.  Local Advisory Committee’s are made up of staff, parents/carers, and co-opted community representatives.

Our Local Advisory Committees provide local, valuable, and focussed governance for all our Academies.
